Not a bad list, although certainly not complete. Recently, I've been spending more time reviewing Organic Chemistry than I have reading, and we have been spending weekends either out of town or doing the foster parent training. So neither of us has had the time we wanted to do extensive reading. But we're still muddling through. We're about 1/3 of the way through our book list, which puts us one month ahead of my goal of completing the list in a year.
great job! We were without power for 8 days on top of me taking a bloggy break. I am so glad to come back and read about all your success!!!
Angela
Great list! Be proud of yourselves.
Yes, I can believe it. ;-)
I have been doing it every since I can remember. I was thinking the other day that I cannot imagine how long I would survive without something to read... When I was thinking that, I was trying to get the sleeve off the Starbucks cup so that I could read every word on the cup. If there are words, I MUST read them!!! The Lord is still working discernment and self-control in me in that area.
:-D
Good job!
:-D
P.S. I am working on a "want to read" list, myself.
Let's see.... I just caught up on reading Dilbert comics. Does that count? ;-)
I love most of the books on your list...some I'll have to go get and check them out :-) Having 2 2-year-olds really cuts down on the reading time! I can't wait til I can read 'real' stories to them though...one of my favorites, if you want to check it out is *Carry On, Mr Bowditch*. Loved it and I think my boys will too. Just in case your list wasn't long enough! ;-)
