Kitchen Tip Tuesday - Peeling Garlic

Korean food calls for a lot of garlic - some recipes call for a cup or more! Think of all the time you might spend peeling garlic! There has to be an easier way, right?

Well there is: use water. Throw all your garlic cloves into a bowl of water and then begin peeling. The water will loosen the skins. After a while, the skins will almost just pop off, no fuss!
