Chess and Bodies of Water
I witnessed the following exchange at yesterday's church potluck lunch. A dad was asking his 3 (?) year old son to identify chess pieces. He did well for a young tyke. Then we got to the last piece, a pawn.
MAN: "What's this piece called?"
Son: "Um......a lake."
Some amounts of laughter ensued. Do you get it?
